I provide individual counseling to adults 30 & older, using Advanced Integrative Therapy. It is an energy based Jungian psychotherapy that I have found to be the most effective in helping people release stress, increase resilience, and make meaningful change in life.
Giving adults a supportive environment where they can do the inner work needed to heal & grow from their most distressing experiences and limiting beliefs is my goal. When we meet, you'll experience an accepting environment where you can open up on your terms. Together, we'll create a personalized counseling plan to meet your needs and goals.
