Therapy for high-achieving women who seek to raise their self-awareness, build healthier relationships, and decrease anxiety. It's often in the darkest corners of ourselves that we find the brightest hope. Love, joy and belonging start within us while pain and disconnection come from learning through adverse experiences to hide, deny, and reject who we are. By reconnecting with and learning to love our authentic selves, we can experience more inner peace and intimate relationships. Exploring the places inside of us we have long ignored can be scary, but it is not a journey we must embark on alone.
I work with clients to deepen their understanding of how life experiences have shaped who they are, connect with their emotions and inner world, and heal from wounds that keep them stuck in unhelpful patterns. My approach is depth oriented and integrative, drawing from attachment-based, psychodynamic, experiential and Jungian psychology.
In our sessions, you can take a break from all other roles and responsibilities and focus on you. We will work together to cultivate self-worth, self-compassion and self-awareness so you may progress down a path away from who the world made you think you needed to be, and toward who you are. Because who you are is enough!
