Relational Psychotherapy Group

This ongoing adult group is designed for people who have been in individual therapy but still find themselves stuck and unsatisfied in some important ways. It offers a safe and confidential environment to develop deeper self understanding, and place to practice more meaningful interpersonal relationships.
