Hi, I’m Emily. I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories and driven to make sense of them—including my own. Therapy has led me to seek answers about why we suffer and, more importantly, how we heal. I primarily work with clients aged 15-25 facing anxiety, panic attacks and trauma recovery. I also support individual adults and couples, particularly those dealing with trauma and anxiety affecting their work and relationships. Client describe me as encouraging, insightful, and gentle, even as I offer direct feedback and challenge old ways of thinking and interacting.

I have an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Medical Family Therapy. I’m a certified Level II Restoration Therapist and I am currently pursuing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and will begin incorporating it into my practice starting February 1, 2025.
