Now offering a virtual weekly Pet Loss Therapy Group on Mondays at 5pm. I believe that therapy can help you “ride the wave" with hope, courage, and purpose. I believe in the power of relationships, and I believe therapists should be just as authentic as they ask of their clients. My commitment to you is to bring my whole self into our time together, just as I ask of you. I will encourage you to trust your gut, trust the process, and trust yourself in what you need. I firmly believe that therapy, like self-care, is not “one size fits all."
Wherever you are in this moment, I'll meet you there! I am trauma-informed, and love helping folks understand and support their bodymind. I specialize in working with veterinary professionals, pet parents/families, the LGBTQIA2S+ community, domestic violence survivors, and those in addiction recovery. I lean towards a warm, compassionate, gentle style.
I am certified as an Usui Reiki Master Practitioner through the Women's Consortium, and I often integrate this healing modality into my practice. It can be hard to reach out for help, and I commend and honor you for exactly where you are right now! I hope to meet you soon.
