Hello! My name is Emily and I am a clinician serving individuals and groups in Southwest Colorado. My clinical focus is on identity, life transitions (retirement), depression/anxiety, relationships, and grief/loss. I integrate family systems and strengths-based therapy and approach each counseling relationship with compassion and intention.
