Are you an artist, entertainer, or creative professional struggling with your mental health? I specialize in working with artists and creatives who have anxiety and depression, helping them reach their personal and professional goals. Being consistently vulnerable in your work, while staying tough enough to withstand rejection, can take a toll on your mental health. Your mental health can also make it difficult to withstand these career ups and downs. You don't have to be miserable to be an artist though! As a former performer myself, I understand first hand how difficult this mental health/work life balance can be.
I am especially passionate about working with artists and creatives, helping them to improve their overall mental health. As a specialist in working with creatives, I understand the specific demands this work entails, and the large sacrifices one often has to make. Utilizing an eclectic and modern approach, I help my clients to gain insight and resilience.
I know your path is not the typical one, and so the solution cannot be the same either. It takes creativity and a perspective from both worlds to help get you to a place where you feel purposeful and supported.
