Within a safe and secure therapeutic relationship I help people understand the deeper roots of their difficulties and re-engage their natural capacity for growth and development so they can have happier and more satisfying lives.
I am a psychoanalyst and have advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. These approaches consider the influence of factors that are outside a person's regular, daily awareness and help people have a deeper understanding of themselves and what has gotten in their way so they can make better choices in the here and now.
