I work with individuals, couples and partners who are struggling with relationship challenges and life transitions. This includes helping couples with repetitive fights, affairs, non-traditional relationships and life decisions. Work with individuals includes cultivating relationships, dating challenges, finding purpose and transitions (career, moving, loss). My aim is help you figure out what is getting in the way and provide tools to get you where you’d like to be. I bring warmth, hope, openness and a non-judgmental approach.
I have experience working with clients of varied ages, ethnicity, sexual and gender orientations. I believe in a non-pathologizing approach: you're just a human figuring things out. I integrate different forms of therapy tailored to each client. I have trained in several couples therapy models including the Gottman Model and the Developmental Model.
A love for all things relationship has been woven throughout my career. I completed a PhD in Public Health, conducting research on couple's processes of change.
