Therapy is an individualized process and I use a variety of styles to address clients' needs. Compassion, authenticity, and empathy are the core components of my therapeutic work.
I have a special interest in working with Millennials and Gen-X women dealing with anxiety and depression, relationship issues with friends, family, and significant others, life decisions and transitions, stress and overwhelm, self-worth, and grief and loss. I also enjoy working with new moms and newlyweds as they adjust and grow into their new roles.
