If you are reading this, know that I am proud of you for taking this important step in your healing journey to search for a counselor you feel would be a good fit. Life and relationships can be hard to navigate! Sometimes, we need someone to walk beside us through difficult times in a trusting environment that allows space for gaining strength and insight. You aren't alone! I currently see clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, boundary issues, navigating confusing or difficult life situations, and trauma. I am fully trained in EMDR therapy for trauma and Gottman Level 1 couples therapy.
Bienvenido! I am a bilingual (English/Spanish, se habla español), M.A., LPC-A, NCC (National Certified Counselor). I believe in evidenced based counseling using an eclectic approach including Person-Centered therapy integrated with EMDR, CBT, SFBT, and other modalities tailored specifically for each individual client.
