When you entrust your healing to my care, it is my sincere hope to help you feel seen, accepted, & valued. My practice is rooted in values of compassion, justice, & empowerment. I believe in the power of connection and relationship to help individuals move through their journey to their ideal self. I integrate body liberation and identity affirmation principles into a relational approach. I work well with folx who identify as larger-bodied , queer , gender-nonconforming, or femme leaning. I also work well with individuals who are struggling to navigate a range of relationships, depression/anxiety, and trauma.
I have 15 years of education, training, & experience in university, community mental health, & outpatient settings. I received additional training in trauma, transgender health, and mindful approaches to treatment of depression & anxiety. At this time, I'm offering telehealth services in both Massachusetts and Arkansas.
Through the power of authentic connection, we can foster growth and change that will help you live the life you want to live. If you think that we could work well together, I hope you will schedule a free initial consultation. I look forward to getting to know you!
