You're tired of trying to navigate a world that wasn't designed for you. Maybe you've had negative counseling experiences before, leaving sessions feeling misunderstood and unsupported. You want to try again. Navigating a neurotypical world, transitioning into civilian life, or carrying the weight of trauma can be isolating and make life harder than it needs to be. I work with adults who have experienced trauma, have ADHD or autism, are neurodivergent in any way, or are military-affiliated/veterans. You're the expert on yourself - my job is to help you reconnect with and trust your inner voice.
As a therapist diagnosed with AuDHD, I bring both personal experience and professional insight to my practice. This fuels my dedication to providing neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care. My approach is grounded in holistic and humanistic values, ensuring you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported throughout your journey.
To accommodate your needs, I offer flexible telehealth appointments in the evenings and on weekends. It would be my honor to support you on your journey of self-discovery and healing. Together, we can explore your inner world, process past experiences, and work toward a life of empowerment and growth.
