I work with people who are looking for a holistic approach to therapy. Those who work with me are looking to manage and heal trauma, cptsd, attachment injury, anxiety, depression, grief and a wide array of addictions, obsessions and compulsions. As we work together, you will learn how to manage nervous system reactions such as rage, panic or dissociation, process painful emotions, and to tolerate positive states such as presence, calm, joy and contentment.
I work with a gentle, Mindfulness based approach to healing. I use EMDR and Body/Mind or Body-Centered therapy for our sessions. I am an Attachment based therapist, with a strong focus of creating a safe and secure relationship that will support the individual needs of each client.
It takes courage to reach out for support, especially in a time of vulnerability. It is important to find a therapist you feel safe and comfortable with. I offer a free consultation session so you can determine if I am the right fit for you. If so, we will work together as a team to create a plan to work towards your healing and growth.
