I am a trained bilingual Licensed Social Worker (English and Russian). I have experience working with teen issues, school/college related stressors, eating disorders, body image, self esteem, anxiety, depression, family conflict and postpartum issues. I subscribe to the philosophy of Health at Every Size (HAES) and I work using a strengths -based approach.
