I enjoy helping clients on their journey healing, learning, changing, growing, shapeshifting however they decide they want to while becoming a healthier, more balanced self.
I am warm, compassionate, affirming, and nonjudgmental. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed utilizing several evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Trauma Focused, and Rogerian to name a few. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
