With 15 years of experience in the school setting, I work mostly with teens, educators, and parents, but I have a heart for helping anyone that feels overwhelmed and needs help navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or trauma.
I want to empower teenagers to lead fulfilling lives by providing a safe and nurturing environment where they can be seen, heard, and valued. I also support educators and parents in their vital roles of shaping the next generation by providing them with the tools and strategies to prevent burnout and promote wellness.
