I work extensively with, and enjoy working with gender & sexual minorities, intersecting identities, immigrants, parents/caregivers, & neurodivergent populations. I often work with folks experiencing stress, self-exploration, life transitions, grief, trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression & dissociation.

I use this modality, among others, when appropriate. We will decide together what will work best for you. I enjoy tailoring therapy to build on the strengths & inner knowledge of each person I work with.

I have a transparent & collaborative approach to therapy. I am ready to start where you are. I have an anti-oppressive approach, meaning I approach therapy from the lens of social justice & recognizing the structural roots of oppression underneath much of the hurt we experience in life.
