I am passionate about helping individuals, children, adolescents and families to understand themselves and the world around them.

I have post-graduate training in child-centered play therapy, filial therapy, sand tray and activity therapy from the University of North Texas. I am also trained professional in biofeedback, helping individuals understand their human response to stress. I utilize many creative techniques within my individual, group and couples counseling sessions.
