Whoever said we can have it all never spent an hour on TikTok. As a veteran of that mid-20s “WHAT am I doing with my life” club, I know it is next to impossible to put on a smile when someone oversteps boundaries, wear a brave face when you’re hurting inside, or express your authentic self when it seems like the world would rather decide for you. I am here to abolish the internalized patriarchy with you one step at a time, & really hone in on who YOU are. I’ll admit it -my profile may be giving emerging Malibu housewife. But, that’s not me. I am a woman who twirls through queer spaces, as well as making my mark on the mainstream.

To flip the script for a second & take more of a serious tone, this work is my passion & always has been. I was that little girl who dreamt of being a therapist. I’ve spent years honing the clinical tools of cognitive-behavioral interventions, emotional reprocessing, body liberation and acceptance, trauma mitigation, and empowerment via a macro-sourced lens.

I know this work is not “Show up for 10 sessions and do a worksheet.” It can literally take years to re-format the conflicting, patriarchal, and unsupportive ideas that we women have been captured by.
