My name is Eliza and I have worked as a licensed therapist in mental health clinics, psychiatric hospitals, and private practice settings. Throughout the years, I have supported a diverse range of patients and clients in improving overall health through therapy. I am experienced in addressing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, addictions, eating disorders, trauma, and issues with life transitions, self-esteem, and relationships. My current areas of focus is addressing trauma, neurodiversity, and social equity with clients and providers.
As a person-centered and trauma-informed therapist, I prioritize adapting my skills to my client's specific needs and I consider the environmental, biological, and historical contexts of their challenges. I may also provide my clients support in navigating additional resources and connecting with other specialized forms of care.
