I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field of counseling. My approach to counseling is strengths-based, with a focus on helping you to find the positive solutions for your concerns. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, families, and couples. I have experience working with survivors of domestic abuse, toxic relationships, as well as sexual assault.
There are patterns in families and relationships that when altered, can change overall happiness and personal fulfillment. I enjoy helping my clients alter their work and personal relationship patterns. I am also able to help you find better work and life balance to feel more fulfilled in your career.
