Couples who are ready to do deep work together that fundamentally changes not just the relationship but also helps each partner to grow individually. Together we work to create sustainable changes in the relationship that will shift interactions and the way of being together. The work we do helps each person gain new insights into their own perspective, as well as accessing perspectives of their partner.
Emotionally Focused Therapy is backed by both data and science. It is an experiential model, meaning that the three of us work together in session to co-create a different experience in the relationship - then the two of you continue it outside of the therapy room.
It can be overwhelming to start therapy. Perhaps you feel as if you are at the starting line of a marathon.
