Hi! I’m Elise Baumann and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in Newbury Park, California. My philosophy on therapy is that it should be a positive and uplifting experience. This is why I strive to make therapy an experience that brings hope, builds confidence, and helps you to recognize and understand your strengths and inner resources.
My approach to therapy is to meet the client where they are and collaborate with them to better understand themselves, work through pain from the past and gain clarity about the future they’d like to create. I work with teens, families, couples and adults and I enjoy helping people with a broad range of experiences.
