Everyone has a story. Each one of us is unique and in pursuit of our own personal journey. However, we typically have one thing in common. People need people. This is not always such an easy task, as we tend to let things get in our way. All too often, regrets from the past or worries about the future dictate our general sense of well-being.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have worked with diverse populations for almost 25 years, predominantly focusing on adults. My approaches incorporate family systems work, cognitive behavioral therapy and a strengths-based approach. Additionally, I have specialized training in Trauma.
Although there is benefit to talk therapy in and of itself, there are also many other creative modalities which may be successfully integrated into treatment.
