Becoming Fathers Group

This is short-term virtual program focused on providing information, enrichment, and community for new and expecting fathers. This group will offer didactics covering current psychology research on the challenges associated with the role transition to fatherhood and a supportive space for new and expectant fathers to address challenges, fears, and hopes for fatherhood, with attention to pragmatic, emotional, cultural, and interpersonal dimensions. Diverse sexual orientations encouraged to attend. The course will cover four modules: Identity, Empathy, Intimacy and Legacy

This process group is open to individuals who are struggling with longstanding interpersonal difficulties and relationship struggles. Through supportive exploration and self-reflection, clients work to identify ways of addressing their personal relationships and decision-making processes while relating to and processing with fellow group members in a safe space.

Psychotherapy Group for Queer Young Adults

Psychotherapy group for queer young adults (18-30 years old) who identify as LGBTQIA+. The group will support members in working to better understand themselves and their relationship to their sexual orientation and/or gender identity through supportive exploration and processing with fellow members. Topics may also stretch beyond those specific to queerness, as members work to identify ways of addressing general interpersonal difficulties. The group is appropriate for LGBTQIA+ individuals at all stages of identity development.
