I utilize DBT, CBT and ACT along with Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems approaches, incorporating behavioral techniques as needed.
My experience ranges from treatment centers, hospitals, schools, closed and out-patient facilities. My approach is through use of radical genuineness, humor, and empathy to find the patterns in your life that are no longer helping along with behavioral therapies and psychodynamic techniques to reach your life best lived.
