My approach combines aspects of therapy and coaching, to transform insight into practice.
I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy with an existential, humanistic approach to assist your exploration of alternative perspectives as you reflect on the past, consider the future, and navigate the present. Your subjective experience is honored as we work together to broaden the context in the name of deeper understanding.
I am proud to bring a relational, decidedly non-hierarchal approach to our relationship. My ultimate goal is to create a working, secure, and safe relationship to allow growth to take place, however you define it.
