We create a safe space for women and girls dealing with life’s transitions related to perinatal mental health, women's issues, body image, and self esteem.
We use modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person centered, mindfulness-based (MBCT) and solution focused to help clients identify their strengths to help maximize them and overcome their obstacles. We sometimes incorporate mindfulness practices and skills to strengthen clients' mind-body connection.
