My specialties are OCD, pure-O type, including perinatal/postpartum OCD, relationship anxiety/OCD and couples counseling. I have training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) the gold standard for OCD. I also integrate other evidence based practices that are evidence based and effective in treating these issues.
