Public Family Constellation Workshops
I facilitate monthly public family constellation workshops on Saturdays (in-person) in Bellingham, Washington. Family constellation work recognizes that long standing family patterns provide a context for working with current difficulties. Constellations reveal the origins of these patterns, illuminate the scripts that have functioned across generations, the invisible bonds, and the hidden loyalties in our families. They reestablish hierarchy, balance giving and receiving, and free us from identification. They offer us a more true and loving version of our story and reconnect us to our ancestral resources. Deeper Study: Family Constellation Learning Circle
For 8 months, March-October 2024, students attend the 4-hr public workshop, take a lunch break, and attend an additional 4 hrs of deeper study (for learning circle students only) during which there will be a check-in, a constellation (each student will set 1 over the course of the year), debrief of all 3 of the day's constellations, exercises, lectures, and support for students who'd like to practice facilitation (practice groups will be led by a teaching assistant outside of the Learning Circle).
