I offer therapy as a reliable space where you can slow down, really meet your inner world and learn to relate to what you discover there. Your symptoms have a story to tell. When given the attention they ask for, your emotions can reconnect you to your instincts and guide you in useful directions. Jungian therapy works to help you face inward towards your imagination, where you can begin to recover and revive what feels dormant, lost, unworthy, or just undiscovered.
Jungian therapy works to locate an inner sense of alignment or guidance that can help you persevere in the face of life’s highs and lows, and direct you towards a life that’s more spontaneous, creative, embodied & engaged. I work with anxiety, depression, life changes, loss, early trauma, spiritual concerns, and bodily/somatic symptoms of emotional distress.
I can also help with cultivating self-esteem, creativity, and healthy relationships. I may invite you to share your dreams; they give helpful clues about the nature of your struggles, what's missing & what can be done. I sometimes include movement, mindfulness, or creative practices to help you access your imagination, our partner in your healing & growth.
