If you have ever felt your issues were swept under the rug or if you have ever felt unheard, l want to listen. I pride myself in being non-judgmental and able to create a safe space where you feel comfortable to share— no matter the issue and no matter the size. If you have cultural considerations, I want to believe I can be understanding to those! I know all too well that sometimes life can be too much to handle on your own, so I am glad you're here taking the first steps. I love being able to build a relationship with my clients where you can tell me what you do or don't like in your therapy. After all, these sessions are for you!

Clients know themselves best, that’s why I believe client-centered therapy is so important. I am here to meet you where you are at—knowing not every situation has a clear-cut solution. I have experience with clients that have trauma that they want to work through. I also know that just having someone to talk to is important— so I am truly here for you.

I would be honored to walk alongside you, as I strongly believe that no one has to face anything alone.
