As a licensed therapist, my purpose is to guide, motivate, and empower clients to become a better version of themselves. My work is to facilitate positive changes and to illicit inner personal growth for those whom I help. As a clinician, I assist clients in being more self aware, managing emotions, and learning how to cope with life issues. I also address clients' thought patterns and behaviors to increase insight. I use solution focused and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic techniques to achieve this. I am passionate about helping people, and am determined to ensure that my clients experience a respectful, safe, and genuinely caring environment.

I am trained to counsel virtually any mental health related issue in my individual counseling sessions. Personally, I consider my niche to be marriage, couples, & family therapy. I am also a Master's level Certified Addiction Professional and specialize in addictions of all kinds, but particularly, substance abuse.

For those who are interested in a more spiritual component of therapy, I also offer bible based Christian counseling.
