Woman's Group Intensive
We will meet once a month, on a Saturday or Sunday for 5 hours. Each time we meet there will be a different topic or issue that will be dealt with: anger, fear, anxiety. Using role play and the archetypal images from the Wizard of Oz, we will explore what gets in your way to being the person you want to be. This is a workshop that will help you to create a life skills tool box. With 8-10 participants, we will form a dynamic and cohesive group.

Coping with Sexual Abuse
Learn to understand and to cope with the trauma and grief of having been sexually abused. Regain trust, create a healthier self-image and heal the wounds of abuse. 6-8 women in the group which will meet for 1 1/2 hours, once a week for 8 weeks. Group is now forming. It is a closed group. Once we have the 8 women no new women will be allowed in.

Healing The Grief: Moving from Grief to Grace
This group focuses on learning to live with the loss of a loved one and move on with your life. Denial, depression, fear and anxiety are some of the emotional issues faced by a survivor. If you want to learn to live with your loss so that you can move on with your life then this is the group for you. Grief is one of the hardest topics to discuss and this group will give you format to do just that. THis is a closed group. Once group begins no newcomers will be allowed in.
