Men's process group

Many of us have long-established beliefs that we must deal with our struggles and dilemmas "by ourselves," without realizing we have fallen into patterns that drain our vitality and our passion for life. These patterns limit the ways we - as men - connect with others and do meaningful work in the world. At some point, it is important for one to learn the difference between living life by yourself and living for yourself. We often forget about or become threatened by the power of community; losing sight of the ways we can be supported by others while also being able to support others.
