Yes, I am now accepting clients! I am a licensed therapist committed to helping clients learn how to rebuild and sustain a healthier lifestyle. My work focuses on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their personal goals. I have extensive experience working with a variety of mental health conditions, such as Depression, Anxiety and PTSD in age groups from 12-70 years old. I welcome all genders and cultural backgrounds as clients which allows me to better serve a larger clientele.
I have been extremely grateful to work with multiple treatment centers for inpatient and outpatient services, along with my experience at Sheppard Pratt in PHP working with adolescents. As a therapist, I take a client-centered approach to therapy. What does this mean? As your therapist, I will not pass judgement on your feelings. I believe we are a team!
