I take a multicultural approach to treatment that considers racial and ethnic diversity as well as diversity in spirituality.
I believe that therapy is a two-way street, and I encourage clients to be active in their own treatment. I believe in using humor, spirituality, relaxation training, and mindfulness techniques to help clients. I am committed to helping empower you to achieve your wellness.
I use an eclectic combination of psychotherapy techniques to help clients deal with depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, divorce, parenting concerns, relationship and communication problems, grief and loss, school problems, behavioral issues, and LGBTQI issues.
