I been have been working in the human services and mental health field for over eight years, and recognize that each individuals story is uniquely their own and that their healthiest selves can be achieved.
My approach to therapy is a combination of experiential, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and empowerment. In addition to trauma focused therapy, I have extensive experience in working with anxiety, intimate partner violence, depression, minority stressors, with my passion being working with members of the LGBTQ+ community.
