Supportive Parenting for Challenging Behaviors
This is a virtual group based on evidence-based treatments for managing challenging childhood behaviors. Parents will learn positive strategies for behaviors related to sleeping, eating, following directions, temper tantrums, and calming down. Each session will utilize a combination of instruction and role-play to teach a variety of parenting skills aimed at improving your child's behavior. This group is for parents of children ages 2 to 8 years. Meeting Dates: 3/26, 4/2, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30 from 12:00-1:15pm, all virtual.

Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions
Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems. The treatment focuses on changes that parents can make to their own behavior — they do not need to make their child change. The two main changes that parents learn to make in SPACE treatment are to respond more supportively to their anxious child and to reduce the accommodations they have been making to the child symptoms.
