I engage each individual in a collaborative process of treatment planning, progress assessment, and goal setting. My work is to help you create the life and lifestyle you want to live based on what's important to you. I capitalize on the strengths that you enter therapy with to cultivate coping skills and change that feel like a natural extension of you, as a unique individual.
I specialize in adolescents, emerging adults, adults and families. I treat mood disorders (anxiety and depression), disordered eating, stress management, ADHD, and non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors. I utilize evidence-based interventions (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Additionally, I am proud to be a part of TMS Long Island, Corp.--offering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation to those who suffer from incomplete relief from their depression.
