Nassau Psychology PC provides therapy & evaluations for adults, young adults, teens and children. If you feel overwhelmed by difficulties in your life, you've come to the right place. We work with people who are experiencing difficulties in relationships with parents, partners or peers; anger, depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder; and adjustment to life-changes, such as transitioning to college, entering the workforce, or raising children etc.
Dr. Finman, our clinical director is a clinical instructor at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Adelphi University. He's on staff at North Shore/LIJ and Mercy Medical Center.
Bilingual, Spanish speaking, and child-focused therapists on staff.

Sleep Better in Just Six Weeks
In just six short weeks many people return to a full night sleep based on this CBT treatment group. I ran this group at the Veteran's Administration hospital and successfully assisted vets with returning to normal sleep after decades of insomnia and PTSD. The method I use was created by Dr. Gregg Jacobs at Harvard University Medical School. This treatment is also offered individually if requested.
