My ideal client is curious about their inner life and also recognizes some of their thoughts and behaviors are getting in the way of the life they would like to be living.
I work collaboratively with each client to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, offering feedback and support along the way. I understand that everyone's journey towards mental wellness is unique, and I respect the autonomy and agency of you in determining your own path. I will not assume being an expert on your life.
One of the key principles that I strive to uphold is the notion that therapy is a safe space for self-exploration and self-discovery.
