My passion is to help the people who have spent their lives helping others. I recently retired after 27 years in the fire service and believe this experience makes me uniquely equipped to help first responders. My practice is trauma based and I offer EMDR to help deal with the trauma in the lives of my clients. While I hope to work with many first responders this is not the only focus of my service. I have nearly 10 years experience in treating addictions. My practice is open to individual, couple, and group therapy.
I am also a member of Tennessee Disaster Mental Health Strike Team and hold role of Mental Health Professional and Peer Support. I have several certifications from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation and have been published in the ICISF LifeNet publication.

Our practice focuses on trauma, complex trauma informed care, and healing therapies in the aftermath of life’s events, including EMDR Therapy.
