Walking Women
This group is for women who enjoy the company of others during a weekly stroll in Northeast. This group will begin Friday 7/19 at 9am, and each Friday thereafter until it gets too cold! A 45 minute walk will consist of a conversation topic and open discussion for the duration of our stroll. We will meet in the parking lot of the therapy practice Weighted Conversations and begin walking collectively at 9:05am, returning by 10am. Bring your waters, watches, Fanny packs, whatever. And PLEASE feel free to strap your baby on if you have a little one that you choose to tag along!
