These groups are for women, especially those who have faith and spirituality, to understand if they are involved in the confusion and trauma of a toxic emotionally abusive relationship. My passion is to guide them, in whatever stage they are in, to become clear, confident and educated — transforming and transcending the pain into a meaningful new beginning.
I deeply value my relationship with you and teaching the art of holistic self-care in mind, body, and spirit. If life is stressful and overwhelming it's easy to neglect ourselves. Soul of Healing Group for Spiritual Women of Faith
These are online virtual groups, that can be held locally in person, with the exception of Soul Sisters Moving Forward. We address education about the toxic personality, narcissism, self-care, healthy self-love, identifying emotional abuse, soul discernment, super traits and codependence, grief, grace, understanding the trauma, treatment and recovery, and making meaning of it all to transcend and grow.
