I utilize a variety of theoretical orientations and interventions all tailored to the needs of each client. I am California certified to see survivors of domestic abuse. I am bilingual Spanish and have taught parenting classes in both languages helping parents improve their family dynamic. I have experience seeing seniors and helping them deal with the many issues that come up in an aging population including grief and maintaining independence. During this difficult time I can do sessions via Zoom, Whatsapp, Doxy, & Skype.
As a wife, mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, daughter and friend, I bring to each session a lifetime of experience and can help you become the best you can be.
