Hey! I specialize in working with young adults and adults in navigating stress related to anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and/or adjusting to adulthood after college or trade school. I have expertise in working with those who identify as LGBTQIA+. I also often work with first-generation Americans who feel conflicted between balancing two cultures. I am trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese). I have virtual, daytime availability for those in New York State.
I create a safe, judgement-free environment, often using humor to create a comfortable atmosphere where you can be yourself.  I will teach you how to identify and process feelings and experiences, and to implement strategies to navigate life’s challenges.  I will work with you to find effective solutions in order to reach your identified goals.
