**offering only teletherapy at this time***. Therapy can be an absolute necessity and I truly celebrate you for taking the first step towards a happier, healthier, and resilient life. Whether you struggle with depression, anxiety, difficulty adjusting to change, or the experience of trauma and abuse, you should not have to go through these matters alone. I truly believe that every individual has the ability to be resilient and sometimes we just need a little help getting in touch with that side of ourselves.
I truly feel that each clients treatment should be individualized, so I use a variety of techniques including: strengths based, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and mindfulness. I have advanced training in trauma focused therapy, and have specialized in working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
I truly believe that a therapeutic relationship is not successful if there is not a level of trust and respect between myself and my clients. My flexibility with scheduling and nurturing nature has allowed for successful therapeutic relationships in the past, as I hope it will in the future!
