I adapt a variety of practices and therapies such as Psychodynamic, CBT, and SFT in order to help you to explore and identify what may be interfering with your ability to live a fulfilling life. I will work collaboratively with you to develop your goals and make sure that the sessions are tailored to your unique needs and experiences.
